Nice, I think I finally got my mother to stop using AOHELL.

 I was helping her with her pictures she took with my sister while in newyork for her desktop and so she turns off her laptop because it was in the way of the desktop she rarely uses. She turns the laptop on again only to see a bluescreen, she has been scared as of late due to the bluescreens and thinks her laptop is failing, but my use of it would suggest that it's perfectly operational excluding the bluescreens she is reporting. I told her next time she gets one to let me know about it.

So I saw the bluescreen, wrote down the stop error and the 'trouble file' and it turns out, after this many years that I have physical proof that AOL infact causes system crashes. After googling it, it turns out it was an 'AOL DRIVER' that caused the bluescreen. After letting her know why she was getting bluescreens, after all the arguements and the "i'd rather die, blah blah blah" etc. She is finally going to uninstall AOL.
