Nice dress watch question

Interesting in purchasing a dress watch, something nice.

For those who have a watch like this.
What kind of watch do you have?
And what are your thoughts on the watch?

I've got a Movado S.E. with the black face. Its an extremely simple and very dressy looking watch. It goes with anything from my work clothes (corporate wear, semi-casual) to a tux. I thought it was a little overpriced, but the quality of the watch is incredible.

I like to wear my Rolex Submariner for any occasion, dress or casual. The Submariner is considered a "Sport" watch though.

After scratching up the bezel against a chair, I bought an Invicta 8926, which I wear everyday now.

I have a titanium Citizen watch that I like a lot. I don't know if you'd call it a "dress watch" though. A lot of the Movados are useless to me since they don't have the little hour ticks, just that stupid dot where the 12 should be. A watch has to have some function for me to wear it.

Exactly! This is the real reason why there's so many virgins here on ATOT. They just don't have the right watch.

I love my G-Shock, I just don't consider it a dress watch.
Doesn't stop me from wearing it.

I've looked at the Movado SE before. I was thinking that one with either the
black or blue face.

I have the one w/ the Automatic Movement. The quartz model is more accurate, but requires battery changes. I bought it from fractionprice.com for around $120 shipped, and got a free pair of Agent Smith sunglasses from The Matrix, heh.
