Nice Chembro case, but has problems

About a month ago I ordered this mATX case from Newegg:
PC-80566 Silver

I liked the looks and the fact that it listed a 270W FSP power supply.

A few days later when I received the case and found that the fron plastic part was broken and could not hold in place. I RMAd it and at the same time sent email to Chembro. I sent the case back at my expense...

Today I received a brand new one, but again the front part is broken in a different way, and even the packaging styrofoam was cracked. In my opinion there are two problems. One is the design of the front is too weak. The second is the packaging has not been properly engineered and I think the plastic front gets a beating whenever tha package is subject to any rough handling as is expected on shipping.

I have sent an email to Chembro with pictures asking for a replacement part and if they don't send me one I will return the case.

Otherwise the case looks nice if they fix these problems. The power supply is an FSP 270-50SNV, rated 270W, with 3.3V/16.7A, +5/25A, +12/16A, +5Vsb/2A, -12/.06A, (5 + 3.3) Max 145W

I can see where there might be a problem with the front panel design if the foam pieces for the shipping box weren't designed to leave a good bubble around it. They should probably work out a way to pack it separately from the chassis.
. Have a thing for bugs???

Many cases are cheaply made at the front and the packing is extremely cheap too. Ahanix and Chieftec are perect examples of this.
