NIC Problem or Win 2k Problem using D-Link 530 TX+

Hey guys,
Anyone get in on these cheap D-Link NICS last week? Well I was wondering if anybody tried using it with Win2k and whether or not they have had any problems.

does it use the realtek 8139A/B/C/D chip? I've got one of those and it works fine.
