Nic not being installed.

I am trying to install a Realtek 8139C Nic into an older computer. Like a P100 or so. It is running Windows 98SE. The card installs and the driver installs but I get the yellow exclamation point in Device manager. It says in Device Manager properties for the NIC that I need to enable this card in the bios. I looked in the bios and can't seem to find anything that is related to a PCI NIC. Anyone have any ideas.

Could be IRQ conflict.

Remove the ?yellow drivers? shut the machine off, and try another slot.
