The past few days I have noticed my desktop not loading pages unless I hit refresh. Today it will not display a page at all and I have a exclamation mark in the lower right corner. I can log on on to my router so I have connectivity. Windows 7 could not find the issue. I ordered a new pci network card, maybe that is he issue. What do you think? Why could I see stuff on my network but no get internet access. All other devices on my network can get online.
