NIC installation in KT7 Raid

About to install NIC card in KT7-RAID system that I finally got stable. But I'm worried that it will upset the existing settings (IRQs etc.). I currently have IRQ 5 for SB live (in PCI slot 4), IRQ 9 for ACPI, 10 for video, and 11 for RAID. USB and SB16 emulation are disabled. I'm thinking that the NIC should go on IRQ 9 or 11. Any advice about IRQ and PCI slot ?
