NIC in Solaris

I can not find drivers for a D-Link DGE-530T in Solaris 10, do you have any suggestions about how to find a compatible driver or something like that?

thanks.

Well, I checked the master file in devicedb, without luck, I'm not sure of where or what about HCL, can you specify a little?

I found out that NetBSD 3.1 and 3.0.2 have support for the DLink DGE-530T and DGE-560T Gigabit Ethernet adapters. does anyone have an idea?

About what? If NetBSD supports them and you REALLY want to use that card, use NetBSD. If Solaris doesn't support it, I'm not sure what you're going to be able to do to get Solaris support. Try a card on the HCL.

Except port the NetBSD driver over. 😉

Isn't that card based on a SysKonnect chip?
I know Solaris supports quite a few SK products, seeing as I've used some myself 🙂
If so, you could probably make it work, but it's a fairly hairy procedure with no guarantees, but I could give you a few pointers if you'd like.

Another way would be to check if OpenSolaris supports said NIC, not exactly the same as "Just Solaris", but close enough if it's for home use or some such.
