what did U do that you would do again, besides seeing the falls?

I'd like to check out a few of the state park views...but that's day time stuff.

let's hear it canadians...that is, unless you haven't been?

Canada!

Lots of nightlife there. US side is the suck. be sure to go to hte "canadian ballet"

Oh, you will be looking for Lunde's Lane also. It's about 10 miles of stufff on a long street targetted at tourists.

<== grew up in Lockport, about 20 minutes from Niagara.

Every few nights they have fireworks and stuff...

Might be a romantic spot to get some :)

You should know that you get to keep all your winnings.

PS: tons of history there if that's what you're into.

You can also check out Fort Niagara. And if you are a geek, see if they still do tours of hte power plant. That is an awesome tour.

me and my girlfriend have went up to niagara falls twice for spring break. really the only thing we found to do was go to some of the clubs, and that wasnt very great. I guess the most active club on clifton hill is the one with the gorilla hanging from the roof, and mardi gras can be some fun too. Mardi gras is across the street from the gorilla back an alley.

The last time we went up we met like 4 couples from Erie, PA, just about an hour north of where we live, so that was cool, we hung out with them for the rest of the night.

Just walk around like a tourist in the downtown area. That's what we did and we had a blast. There are two casinos. It's a really fun town imho. It's got a very festive feel to it, especially on warm summer nights.

It's a pretty safe town, or so it seemed. Have a blast!

If you're into nature-type stuff I recommend the butterfly sanctuary and the bus tours along the Niagra River. :thumbsup:

yeah the states side of the falls totally suck compared to canada side. and canada has better view too (although you can argue that the view is actually the US side but you dont get to really "See" it unless your viewing from the canadian falls

The behind-the-falls tour on the Canadian side is better. Check out the website for the deal on the tour, you'll save a ton of money.

I remember going to Niagara Falls when I was in high school. We rode some boat & then wore raincoats to go under the falls. The view from the canada side was much better. Don't know much about the night life though but I think we headed to Toronto & some Haunted House after the falls.

did the casino thing - good food, tried to win a harley - it was lame...but we had a good time.

diong the tour thing tomorrow...through the american parks package :D

1. it's niagara
2. it's lundy's
3. the whole city in the parkway/clifton hill/lundy's lane/ferry st./victoria ave. part is just a giant tourist trap
4. it is impossible to drive on the parkway in a lot of cases
5. you get to see water falling over a cliff
6. strip clubs are located on hwy 20.
