Ah yeah...CBC feed would be preferred but don't get it.

Is it me, or does everything seem REALLY unorganized thus far?

And what's with the lower light output? Afraid the goaltenders might be able to see the puck like in a normal situation?

Mood lighting?

They used to broadcast it on tape, so they'd splice it together to make everything very smooth. Now, they've gone to a live feed and with all the different competitions it takes a while to change things around.

Yeah, that's true. But another thing, they've tried to talk to numerous players that have ear pieces in, and not a single one has responded. LOL.

Oh and the now new fastest skater comp = lame. Hell the timers didn't even work except for what...two sets of skaters? I had no idea what was going on for that. Very unorganized.

Speed Skate was totally messed up. Overall it's just for fun, so really none of the skills(Goalies Scoring?? :Q) are taken very seriously.

I don't think anyone was arguing any differently. It's just an all star event...supposed to be fun.

I thought the young stars game was interesting...and listening in with Manny Legace was awesome. I hope they do that during the all star game tomorrow, like they did last year.

I went to it tonight and I have to confess..

It's really more fun watching it on TV at home than it is live.

Although I was sitting in the corner from about 15 rows up watching Kaberle go to town in the accuracy competition. That and the Young Stars game were my favorite parts.

Honestly...today...it probably wouldn't have been much more fun sitting at home watching it.

I did enjoy the young stars and the accuracy comp...but the rest of it and the whole thing in general was very disorganzied on the TV and you probably had a better idea what the hell was going on than we did at home. IMO anyway.

The camera angles for most of it sucked, like the obstacle course. The new format of the fastest skater SUCKS too. It should be called the fastest accelerator...
