According to Noctua's website, the backplate on the motherboard is not compatible.
Now, I have sent them a email and am awaiting their reply as to how I could get my hands on a compatible backplate as they mentioned.
But while doing so, I am also curious as to if anyone was able to mount this heatsink on the mentioned MSI motherboard? If so, was this with the stock backplate?
