NH-351C help!!!!!

Dear Friends,

I had the unlucky idea to update my NAS Gigabit NH-351C firmware using the below link:

After the updating. it seems to have lost all the settings.
Once turned on power button the device starts.
Ethernet led is on (orange) when connected to the LAN but the device is not recognized by PNMD.
After having scanned IP addressing from 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.255 it seems not to be included in this range.
I tried to use DHCP without success.
Holding pressed power botton the device doesn't turn off.
Can somebody help me to restore the original firmware by scratch?
