They are now, banning people who disagree with them at that moment, they are filing a lawsuit against AT. None of these things we provoked in anyway/shape or form.

Just thought i would let the OT community know about this crap. :|
 
Regeneration is in a sorry state of affairs, and if anyone needs to smarten up, perhaps it should be him. it would probably be in his best interest to proofread his posts as well.

He said what I already said. We don?t like to press charges. We want AnandTech to act like adults and correct their mistakes. That separates the boys from the men. Every smart person can identify what happened instead of posting dumb replies. I don?t know about you, but we and AnandTech knows the truth. I hope they will react like a true professionals and post an apology and explanation. Taking other's articles and adding some synonyms and few ">" symbols are still a plagiarism.

We spoke at the phone. Maybe tomorrow I will post it. We are trying to avoid it; we really want to finish it in a nice way. Hope AnandTech feels the same. We already contacted them before we posted all of this. But they probably thought we are not serious. Maybe this small article may show them that they were wrong.

We are modding drivers before Tweaks R US. If I?m not mistaking, they used some NGO INF recently and they gave credits. NVIDIA ForceWare is the property of NVIDIA Corporation, Therefore if someone is copying; we can?t do anything about it. We tweaked drivers when they were Valance Studio (or something like that) and before they started, they asked me to teach them stuff. There are other modders around who does copy and we know it. However we are not expecting much from them. AnandTech is a known website, and we expect them to act like professionals.

why is AT better? it is probably because people understand what is being said.
 
I thought NGO stood for Non-Governmental Organization. The amusing part is that when "NGOHQ" dies next year, no one will remember them, and AT will continue on. 🙂

AT posts an article in which they look at the .dll's in the nvcpl file, and discover a 7800GS and a 512mb 7800 GTX.

NGOHQ claims that it was plagarism, because they had a similar article. However, they did not back it up at all, and keep getting caught in lies.

Kristopher Kubicki E-Mails and tells him that in no way did he plagarize and he even included a link at the bottom of the article to the NGOHQ article.

i love you at NGOHQ who cannot spell, decides that he wants to sue AT, and proceeds to ban anyone who thinks otherwise.

I can somewhat sympathize with them if their story is true. One of two things happened. In either case, what AT did is not illiegal.

1) AT was informed by a source of the info. They researched it and wrote a report.
2) AT saw it on another site. They researched it and wrote a report.

No matter what, what they did was not illiegal.
