NFSU2: Few questions, concerns

Alright, questions first:

1.) According to the message system, I have unlocked the Skyline. Why do I not see it in any Car Lot? (The latest car I have is the WRX).
2.) According to the message system, I have unlocked carbon fiber body kits. Why do I not see it in any Body Shop?
4.) Is there a vinyl that is just 2 stripes running the length of the top of the car (like, racing stripes in NFSU😛orsche)? I can't believe you can have so many terrible looking vinyls, and not have something as basic as that.
3.) How do you get Wide Body kits for more than one car?

Concerns:

1.) Circuits get extremely annoying later on in the game, in that A.) they can last up to ten minutes B.) URL races are extremely repetative C.) opponents aren't that great, and are generally behind you.
2.) GPS, very helpful, but at times retarded. It gets confused very easily.

1 & 2: still can't find them ?
3: no they don't have that

1: I'm 65% done with the game and yes circuits are just longer and longer... URLs are even worse but they give nice cash.
2: yes it's vital on the timed runs for dvd/mag covers but on one occasion it led me in a roundabout way that made me miss the time... it took me a few tries of making my own route to win that one.

just beat the whole game and brooke be like "u beat everything and everything is now unlocked. gg".

make sure you've found every possible shop im the map. that unlocks stuff for ya.

2) Its not listed under the body kits. Go to Carbon fiber, then Convert body kits to carbon fiber ... it just changes the current body kit.
