Ok, so i'm thinking of selling my consulting business, gonna meet with the potential buyer tomorrow.
a big part of my business is the MAP Software, i do a lot of testing etc so that i can have the appropriate responses for my clients.
if i sell the MAP as part of my business, is it still legal?? or will MS want me to uninstall all the software, have the buyer buy a new MAP pack and reinstall everything?
to me, it would make sense for me to just package the MAP stuff in with everything else, to be honest, i'll turn right around and buy myself another one.
