NFS: HP2 stuttering

i think this is the right place for this thread 😛 . Nehow, i recently bought hp2 only to find out that it stutters... i've got a radeon 9100 (sapphire) and have the catalyst reference 3.4 drivers installed.. and the game unusually stutters... it happens every second, but i wouldn't exactly call it stuttering.. its more like half vsync and stuttering problem. i may sound like a newb now but its kinda weird, the game if over 70fps and still it seems like it is not totally smooth... i have a duron 1.1 and got a ga7vrx mobo. btw the game is runnin at 1024x768 with full detail settings on.

Yeah, I have similar problems, except with a GF4 Ti4200 (320/586) / AMD 1600+ oced to 1800+. It should run smooth, but stutters sometimes...

well, mine starts the stuttering as soon as a race starts... i mean its playable, but u notice slight stuttering and thats annoying.... 🙁
