nForce4 vs nforce4 ultra

is there much of a diffrence for a person that will never OC runs 2GB's of ram and a 7800GTX with mabie a 3800X2 i realy don't understand the diffrences. sides Ultra. o now there is nForce4 X4 just want a stable system.

on basic nF4 you have SATA150 not SATA300 but there is no real performance difference as the drive mechanics can't provide that anyway.
Also you don't have the ActiveArmor? Secure Networking Engine but some would say that was a blessing!
