nforce4 ultra vs nforce4

The only difference i see on nvidias site is that the ultra has the hardware firewall and 3gb/s sata bandwidth instead of 1.5gb/s. Do they both have sataii? Is the ultra better for overclocking?
 
I don't know about overclocking but sata II is sata 3gb/s. As for the firewall its buggy like hell right now so it doesn't change much. For overclocking I don't know I never seen a benchmark of the standard nForce. I also think there is no raid array with the nforce4 standard.
 
so nforce4 standard doesn't have sata ii? Does that mean no NCQ? I don't care about the firewall anyway, my main concern is performance.
