nForce4 Ultra Chipset Temps

I want to overclock my DFI nForce Ultra-D board w/ an AMD 4200+ using a Thermaltake Big Typhoon but I am worried about the chipset temps. My CPU idles at 30C and the chipset does so at 36C. But when I get loads put on my CPU gets to ~38C and my Chipset gets to a 46C. Where is the chipset temp too high? Thanks guys for the help.

From what I know chipset is good to about 70C max, can be operated up to 60C no problems. You are good to go sir at 46C. I have an auxillary fan (92mm) blowing on the chipset and also replaced the thermal pad with AS5. Temps get to about 45C max...
