nForce4 Ultra chipset - nvidia LAN or third party?

I like the Abit Fatal1ty AN8 and Asus A8N-E because they both have the integrated Nvidia gigabyte ethernet. I see everyone recommending the DFI nF4 - UltraD but it has third party LAN chipsets "Vitesse VSC8201 Gigabit Phy and Marvell 88E8001 Gigabit PCI". You would think that the built-in nvidia LAN would be faster - any thoughts on this?

What bugs me about the DFI nF4 is it doesnt have the new SATA connectors like the AN8 and A8N-boards - other than that it looks like a good board

I use the Marvel, from what I heard they are near equal in speed except the Marvel uses far less CPU resources.
