nForce4 Ultra board recommendation?

Can someone recommend a nForce4 board with the following features:

1. Ability to undervolt.
2. PCI express Slots
3. SATA
4. SPDIF out
5. An integrated audio that doesn't have crappy crosstalk noise.
6. Infrared header.
7. Built in wireless would be a plus, but not necessary.
8. Socket 939 with Cool and Quiet (apparently not implemented on many mb).

I heard about stability and noise problem with the DFI. What about the MSI board?

DFI NF4 Ultra-D, Chaintech VNF4 Ultra, and the Asus A8N-E Ultra.

I have the DFI mobo w/ zero problems for > 2weeks, check sig. I will be getting the Chaintech & the Asus mobo's next week.

Will report later when they are installed.. One thing , get a quality 24pin psu, most of the problems are either psu or memory related..

I saw one post of a problem w/ the DFI having problems w/ a pci video card.. (not a pci-e but pci !!!) , another had problems w/ different sticks of ram.. sheesh..
Get 2 matching pairs....

The DFI has problems with matching pairs... It wouldnt boot up with my 2 sticks of corsair value.

Anyone want to reconmend a good psu? I am having difficulty finding a good, native 24 pin psu. I was thinking about the fortron 530 watt, but it isn't 24 pin. I would like something around $80 if possible.
