NForce2 + RAID question

I'm upgrading from a Soyo Dragon with RAID - which I use for the extra IDE sockets. Its apparent that KT400 is no match for NForce2. I'm going to plug in a 2100 B for now but will go Barton in a while. Is the Chaintech 7NJS the only NF2 board out with IDE Raid? If so, is Kingston HperX3200 good memory for that board (I didn't see a RAM recommendation on the Chaintech website)?

Anyone here have experience with this board? It will be my primary machine and while I would like to do a mild o/c for a while stability outweighs speed by necessity.

Any thoughts appreciated.
