Two questions about the Nforce 2 Athlon XP chipset..

1) Does the Nforce2 support dual-channel DDR?

2) How's the onboard sound? Is it better or worse than a Soundblaster Live! 5.1? Will I be able to hook up my 4.1 speakers without an adapter?

1. Yes

2. Soundstorm is great provided you use the digital out. If not... you're stuck with sound quality just like most motherboard with so-so onboard sound... but you still get the other perks like the low cpu utilization.
