Nforce2 Mother Drivers Install

Hi, What is the best way to update my Nforce2 motherboard drivers, I know the very best method is after a clean install of Windows XP, but what is the best way to do it if you do not want to reinstall the OS.

What I have:

Windows XP Home
SP2
DirectX 9.b
NVIDIA Nforce 4.27 (want to update to 5.10)

I don't use XP, rather I use win2k Pro Sp4 and 98se. Since my gaming rig is off-line (no BB at my home) I just d/l the lastest at the nVidia site and burn to disk, then install over top of existing chipset drivers. IIRC, that's what the instruction's say at nVidia's site. I.e., no need for reformat/reinstall.
