Nforce2 micro-atx boards

Is there any Nforce2 micro-ATX boards in existance with the MCP-D chipset? Or do they all have the useless software audio? I know some Asus Nforce board had it, but required a riser which I can't fit in my the case I am going to use, and I need USB2 anyways.

Looking for "Soundstorm?" Seems like only thing smaller than full ATX would be the Shuttle mini systems.
