nforce2 mb's which is "best'?

which one of the new nforce2 mb's is best for oc'ing and general features?
im looking to put one with an SATA 120gb hd, 512 ram (2x 256 PC 3500/3200), 2800+, and oc it
and would it be better for gaming performance to get 3200ram nad then oc the FSB to 400mHz (after DDR)?

which would be easiest to overclock for a (slightly) new person to this
finally, which offers the best performance for games in a general config (if you could post one plz)?
