nforce2 ide raid

hi,i'm in the market for a new board and i'm getting bewildered with the variety.i'm looking for nforce2,ide raid and usb2.0 nothing else no sound/vid or network.and i don't wish to buy additional converters for the raid is there a board to suit thanks.i'm looking at the gigabyte 7n400pro2.how bad is the raid?would it do?
