NForce2 Ethernet STOP error

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on this problem that I am experiencing with setting up my new Abit NF7-S v2 motherboard. Everything's been fine now that I have gotten a new power supply to replace the one that blew out. The only problem that I have is that, whenever I install the ethernet drivers for the Nforce2 board, the computer instantly throws a STOP error. I know that it's the ethernet portion of the Nvidia unified drivers (5.10) because I've tested by installing each one separately.

Does anyone have any idea of how to solve this? I've been combing my mind and googling, but nothing's come up.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

If you turn off all overclocking (RAM, CPU, FSB, etc, etc,), does it install successfully?
