nForce with Svideo? uATX?

I am looking to put together a small HTPC type machine with mostly spare parts that I have around. However, I'd like to base it on a nForce motherboard if possible, primarily due to the AC3 encoder. Are there any nForce boards that have S-video out headers? Even better, a microATX version of the same?
