Which of these guys have or will have native SATA built into the south bridge or already have ? Basically Im looking for a mobo that has native sata instead of a third party controller on board. Thanks

Precisely, it's the VIA 8237 south bridge that has native SATA - whatever north bridge it is being combined with. VIA has long had a mix-and-match chipset architecture.

It's the same over at SiS, with the 964 south having SATA integrated.

KT6 Delta-FISR

I decided on this board, kt600, except its no where to be found. I wanted the one with built in Firewire. All I found are the KT6 Delta LSR. Just LAN but no firewire.

These mobo are cheap :) Very affordable. This is to upgrade my P3 1GHz from 2 years ago.. :)

Thanks for the hlep... now if I can only find the mobo..
