During the install process it`ll ask you if you want to install the SW IDE drivers or not.

Unless his UDP package has no IDE driver folder to install the SW IDE drivers from. Mem is right though, the driver install gives you the option to install SW IDE or not. I say go for it, the SW IDE drivers have worked VERY well for me in the past.
