Beta Tester Role
A beta tester is someone who installs, tests, and reports bugs for a product. Your role in our testing process is crucial as it helps to ensure that we are releasing well-tested, high quality products that meet our customer?s needs. As a beta tester, we rely on you to provide feedback regularly. If you are unable to actively test and report bugs or do not wish to test a beta product that you have received, notify us by sending e-mail to the program alias found in the specific program section within the ?Contacts? area of the beta web site. Please note that removing yourself from one program will not adversely affect your participation in other programs.

NVIDIA selects a specific number of customers to become Authorized Beta Testers for each beta product. These sites will work with our development teams to test the beta product(s) prior to public release, and they will be expected to commit to the following requirements:

Test the product for a minimum of a few hours each week.
Install the product within 2 business days of receiving it.
Report on defects found during beta testing within one (1) business day.
Regress defects found with product refresh code.
Answer survey questions, as needed.
Periodically report feedback to development on reliability, stability, and readiness of product for the marketplace.
Provide feedback regarding product documentation and help systems.
Provide the required hardware to adequately test the product.
Benefits of this program to you are as follows:

Early access to product code.
Involvement in development cycle, which includes the ability to influence the final code and submit enhancement requests prior to release.
More stable code due to multiple individuals testing in many environments.
Improved documentation.
Resulting knowledge gained from participating on the beta test program

So I wouldn't want to tell them that I love the nForce2 chipsets?
