nForce Soundstorm Control Panel problems

Ok so I was having problems with sound completely disappearing before so I updated to driver 6.14.431.1. Now the damn Soundstorm panel is dead again. When I open it, it encounters an error then just closes.

Didn't they fix this crap awhile ago? How many times can you screw it up?

Anyways, anybody here know the latest driver version that the panel still works in?

Man that sucks, I remember that bug. I know it sounds simple, but have you uninstalled the drivers completely, maybe try using Driver Cleaner to clean up the remnants, then re-install the latest UDP?
