Nforce IDE Drivers New version

I just got theGA 8N SLI royal.. after installing this with a Dual Core D830 it was fast, not gaming fast..... but good multitasking. Then I installed the NForce 4 Drivers and utilities... I had troubles for the past 6 days after that and took everything in and out and even RMA things... but took off NVDIA NForce [the newest Nov or December] IDE Drivers .. happy since then .... everything was totally new, drives, memory, powersupply, etc.. did a search on Google on a Crashing due to BugCheck and Nvdia NForce..and lead me to anandtech..... and thanks to Anantech....BTW anyone know how to oc this board? I am not so good with a 3.0 up to 3.22GHZ only with the D830. I pretty much left everything to Default and changed only the FSB from a Default 800 to 850. Is there a FAQ on BIOS on this?
