These drivers have actually been out for about a week (did a search here for nforce, 7.13 - found nothing)
Supposedly for Intel NF4 only

HOWEVER, peeps on warp2search forum have used these on AMD NF2 and NF3 NF4 boards with no prob
Heres the main contents:

This nForce WinXP driver package contains the below components:

Audio driver version 4.62 (WHQL)
Audio utility version 4.51
Ethernet NRM driver version 4.82 (WHQL)
Network management tools version 4.88
SMBus driver version 4.45 (WHQL) with updated uninstaller files
Installer version 4.78
WinXP IDE PATARAID driver version 5.35
WinXP IDE SATARAID driver version 5.35 (WHQL)
WinXP IDE SATA_IDE driver version 5.35 (WHQL)
WinXP RAIDTOOL application version 5.35

Apparently the install .exe will only use whats needed/per system, the only thing different is Intel SLI implementation.
Whats interesting is the new IDE and SATA drivers which MAY resolve recognition and speed issues with IDE DVD CDROM devices, forcing people to use generic MS drivers.
Nobody reported any issue on any AMD based platform.
However, you will have to sort this out for yourselves.
Obviously, if it aint broke, dont fix it.
