nForce 6.39 Drivers

I have an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum (nForce3 Ultra), and I installed the 6.39 drivers because I read they're supposed to improve performance (and I also like the little nVIDIA Firewall tray icon utility instead of the Web-based interface). My machine does generally seem more responsive now, but that could be because it always running at full clock. Anyway, since I installed the newer version, I seemed to have lost Cool N' Quiet capability. Has anyone else had this same experience (Cool N' Quiet worked for me with version 5.10)?
 
Well, I reverted back to 5.10, and I still seem to have lost Cool N' Quiet support. I also did a complete reinstall of Windows before I reverted back. Has anyone else had this type of problem with Cool N' Quiet?
