Nforce 4 vs Nforce 4 Ultra

Is the only difference between the regular and ultra versions SATAII and the firewall active armor? Will the regular version overclock as well as the ultra version?
 
I have Nforce 4..non ultra...and it overclocks like a dang demon ( With the right cpu of course )
