Im currently an abit fan but to my surprise they didnt make an nforce 3 chipset board for a socket 939 A64 cpu. I notice they have an nforce4 board but thats pci express so that isnt going to help me.

Anyone suggest any good companies out there that make nforce 3 boards for a socket 939 A64?

I was remembering that epox made an nforce2 board that rivled the abit nf7-s board. Should i go with them?

All help is greatly appreciated

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum and GIGABYTE GA-K8NS Ultra-939 are the two I'm looking at. I also want a socket 939 but with an AGP slot. I'm not sure if Nforce is better than the VIA chipsets.

I'd say the nForce3 is the better overclocker in general, and it has a slightly better feature list. For stability and trouble-free installation, I haven't heard complaints about the VIA chipset boards. Personally, I use an MSI k8n neo2 platinum, and it has been a very solid board for me.
