Nforce 3 motherboard or VIA chipset for my new 3200+

So I purchased a 3200+ 754 socket processor and I was wondering which motherboard to use with it from these two (one is nforce 3 and one is the latest via chipset):

ASUS "K8V SE Deluxe" ~OR~ ASUS "K8N-E Deluxe" (nforce 3)?

Thanks

Asus K8N-E no question.

the K8V SE Deluxe is not the latest via chipset just FYI, it's the first one for A64's, and has no AGP/PCI lock, which is not good for OCing. the K8T800 PRO chipset has the AGP/PCI lock. The K8N-E will also probably be faster at default speeds, but not by much.

The K8N is a great board. I have used several. I would recommend it to anyone.
