nForce 3-4 disadvantages

I heard nForce 3-4 got some serious flaws like bugs in gigabit network chipset, hardware firewall and sata ports.
What exactly are this problems and is there any security concern behind em except nforce hardware firewall (e.g. i heard latest intel CPU got some hardware security flaws)?
Also is there any more problems?
