I read on DAW forums that the nF4 has PCI-E issues that hog the PCI-bus. To avoid pops and clicks soundcards have to work with high latencies. :| Of course when you are using your PC as a DAW you would like to keep latencies at a mininum. Also, the nF4 has a loud chipset fan and the nF3 can do with a heatsink easily. I won't be needing more than 2 S-ATA ports anyhow, though I'll miss the NCQ.
Do nF3 250 s939 boards support a Venice core or a dual core? If it does both, then I might step in "cheap" (3200+ or so) and later upgrade to a dual core (prolly once major apps are 64-bit).
Your votes please 😉
