Chaintech nf3 250

I noticed that the Chaintech Zenith 250 was listed on axiontech a couple of days ago, but I didn't think anything of it because Chaintech's website didn't even have it listed. I was just about to check some specs for the 150, when I noticed that their nf3 250 board is now listed on their website. Is it out? Does axiontech actually have any in stock or can they get it?
