I was tweaking my sound settings on my A7N8X-DLX and noticed the Bass and Treble are blocked out. When I went into QCD and tried to modify it with their eQ, it said that the function is not supported by my sound card. I never remember having that problem but I'm trying to think if I've ever tried to modify the setting.

Is this normal?
 
I have the NF7-S (soundstorm) and my bass/treble are greyed out if I go to the Sound and Audio Devices properties. However if I use the nForce tray options I can use the EQ to tweak things. You should be able to do the same.
