1. Does it have pci/agp locking
2. if you install 2 128mb dimms is it treated as a total of 128mb of ram or 256 with double bandwidth?
3. which epox board will offer the nvidia sound chip, and no intergrated gf4mx? or are the gf4 mx integrated on all the north bridges?
4. is anyone running 200fsb with these bad boys?
5. can 2 dimms be run at pc2100 and the fsb run at a bandwidth that uses all that? (such as asynch)
6. what mem speed, fsb seting would yield the best performance, such as mem 2100 fsb 400, or mem 2700 fsb 400? etc...

yes it does

2. if you install 2 128mb dimms is it treated as a total of 128mb of ram or 256 with double bandwidth?
256mb with double bandwidth, although you won't see significant performance gains

3. which epox board will offer the nvidia sound chip, and no intergrated gf4mx? or are the gf4 mx integrated on all the north bridges?
the current batch of nforce2 mobos do not have the integrated graphics chip.but they will be launched soon.i do not know about the epox, though.

4. is anyone running 200fsb with these bad boys?
i surely hope so:D

5. can 2 dimms be run at pc2100 and the fsb run at a bandwidth that uses all that? (such as asynch)
the answer is no

6. what mem speed, fsb seting would yield the best performance, such as mem 2100 fsb 400, or mem 2700 fsb 400? etc...
do you mean using dual channel ddr or just single channel ddr?
you won't see significant performance gains over single channel ddr333 because the highest fsb for amd currently is 333mhz(maybe 0-1 percent higher)

I have the Asus A7N8X with a 1700+ tbred and a 256 stick of Corsair 3500c2. I am running at 9X200mhz to get my 1.8ghz. Very nice board, certainly the best I've ever had.

Need a new cpu soon though.

does this also read the internal diode of xp cpus for cpu temp? this is fairly important for me, i water cool, and i like to see actual temps like in my current rig.
