Nforce 2: deluxe vs regular.. What's the difference?

I'm looking to purchase the Asus Nforce 2 mobo. I've noticed though that their is the deluxe version while the other is just the regular version. Whats the main difference between the boards? Is it the sound? I have the Sound Blaster Audigy, so should I skip the deluxe version?

What other differences are there (besides sound) between the Nforce 2 deluxe and regular versions?

Biggest difference is the nForce2 APU and dedicated 5.1 and s/pdif outputs, which is more a consideration for the future if you have an Audigy or Audigy 2. The other features are built-in firewire, a 2nd MAC, and an onboard SATA controller. You also get the post speech reporter and a few other minor features. There are cheaper options than the A7N8X regular that offer more features however.
