What is the procedure for installing the drivers for this chipset? Im using a Geforce 4 video card also, which drivers do i run first? The updated nforce drivers have a geforce video card driver in them, It s creating conflicts, should I bother installing the SW driver thats imbeded the nforce driver pkg?

1 - Unisntall chipset and video drivers, doesnt matter what order.
2 - reboot into safe mode.
3 - Run the latest version of driver cleaner (ver 3.2?)
4 - Clean out all nvidia related drivers including chipset and videocard. I beleive there is a "wipe all nividia drivers from system" option.
5 - Reboot into windows and install chipset drivers.
6 - Reboot and install Forceware drivers.
7 - PROFIT!

Im doing a complete wipe and reload, when the nforce chipset 3.13 drivers are loading do I bother with the SW drivers? after I install the chipset drivers and reboot I will install the geforce video card drivers, what do i do when it says it has detected other nvidia drivers and all that crap?

When it detects the other drivers (which it really shouldnt, but I think you're confusing the windows generic AGP VC drivers), just cancel out of the installation. Yes, install the SW drivers.

If it's just asking if it should overwrite an existing file, choose over-write all and continue on.
