well if the trend continues then Green Bay is going to curb stomp the Cards again. All these rematches have been in favor of last week's victors

Flacco only has 4 completions. He'll need to perform better next week.

He had a rating of 10.0. I guess when you get a lot of turnovers and rush for so much, you don't need a quarterback. At some point in the playoffs he'll have to do better than that though.

Flacco didn't need to do anything. They ran all over the Patriots front 7, despite the fact that the run was telegraphed ALL day. Indy will put up some points, but I'm betting the Ravens can basically keep the same game plan intact.

It's not like Baltimore was getting yardage because of poor tackling, open cutbacks, or misdirection. For the most part, they were running to the strong side, between the tackles, and getting 4-5 a pop. They were unstoppable, so Indy better plan to score some points, rather than shut down the run.

I was expecting a loss so this is a pleasant surprise. I hope they can keep it up against the colts (the regular season game was so damn close too).

It seems that in the games so far, the winning team gets off to a great first quarter. Looks like the Cardinals are the 4th team to begin that way.

As I predicted, the Pats are one and done in the playoffs. Too bad, too -- I was kind of hoping they'd get by Baltimore so they could upset the Chargers and then suffer another beatdown at the hands of the Colts in the AFC Championship. Oh well!

Green Bay fan here... ouch so far. Hopefully we can build something from the Fitzgerald fumble, we need some momentum. We look more like the 4-4 Packers from the first 8 weeks so far.

Wooooo. I'm happy. The Chargers should beat the Jets and they are great against the Colts in the playoffs.

As much as it pains me to say it, the Chargers are the team to beat IMO. They finished the regular season strong against some good teams. Players are healthy and they have on of the best running backs ever. Add in a great tight end, good receivers, and cocky QB that is playing well.

Yeah, that is why I am worried. I would most definitely have preferred the Colts meet the Pats in the AFC Championship. I have no doubt they would win that matchup but the Chargers are going to be a real pain to beat.

Of course, this all assumes the Colts beat the Ravens, which is by no means a gimme.

I will be happy next sunday when Grandpaw Farve comes out and throws 5td passes against the cowgirls.

I don't know about that. Farve is definitely a better and more seasoned QB than Romo, but the Vikings look like a paper tiger to me. Look at their schedule this year, they hardly played any decent teams, and they're cold finishing the season, only winning 2 of the past 5 games. The way the Dallas defense has been playing the past few games, and with no significant injuries to speak of, I wouldn't put $ on the Vikings in that game. The Vikings offensive line will make or break the game single-handedly. If they can't protect Farve from the furious Dallas D, it's over. If they can give him a few seconds of pocket time consistently, it could be a Viking day.

Nicely put.. I'm still waiting for the true Romo to appear in the playoffs... :D:awe:

You guys serious? Brady banged up with ribs and a bad finger plus their #2 receiver out. Forget it.
