Seems like Bills fans were anticipating a win over the Jets. Sucks that they were disappointed.

whys it scary? people have that everyday.
yeah but most people dont go out and play in the NFL taking the risk of getting hit by 300pd linemen 2 hours before its removed. If it was ruptured because of a tackle he could be in a LOT worse shape.

It was ruptured during the game. He played most of the 4th quarter and finished the game.

:Q

And I was calling him a pussy for not sacking up!

I put the Buc's loss completely on Gruden's shoulders - that 3 ansd 5 play, and the horrible clock management towards the end killed it for us, QB with a blown out spleen or not...

Those ref's FVCKING BLEW!

You know what Patrick Chukwurah was thowing up on the filed? All the loads he sucked out of the refs.

How and the hell do two Bronco penalties (one of which was a personal foul) offset one on the Patriots and they get to rekick??!?!?!??!

Heh. I didn't see the game, and I don't know if I'll catch the next 3 weeks games. I'm going to be abroad and games are not as easy to come by.
That said, the Giants cannot seem to get their act together.

Have yet to play a real team.

Next week :). Go Seahawks.
I hope the hawks have more games like today (minus that 4th q)

Yeah that 4th quarter was stupid. I mean, it was too much of a deficit to overcome so obviously the Seahawks let up tremendously and made mistakes, but still...

But on the positive side, it will have Holmgren riding their asses hard this next week and the players won't be overconfident against Chicago.

Jon Gruden is an awful coach. He can't gameplan and his play calling is questionable at best. The Bucs won a Superbowl in spite of him, not because of him. He's allegedly an 'offensive genius/guru' yet the offense has been awful since he got here.

The worst thing about the Chris Simms injury is Gruden will probably get a pass this year because he lost his starting QB. Oh well, sure looks like a nice high pick in the draft for the Bucs. I predict a QB... ;) :)

Kudos to Simms for his toughness. He's played poorly this year but I give him credit for hanging in there. I wish him a quick recovery and good luck (somewhere else ;) ) next year.
