NFL Week 2 POLL

hahaha 5 people are with me picking the Niners over the Eagles. I love the false sense that the Niners can actually do well this year because of the win last week 🙂

Lions > Bears
Ravens > Titans
Steelers > Texans
Bills > Bucs
Colts > Jags
Bengals > Vikings
Pats > Panthers
Eagles > Niners
Falcons > Seahawks
Cards > Rams
Jets > Dolphins
Pack > Browns
Chiefs > Raiders
Chargers > Broncos
Giants > Saints
Cowboys > Redskins

Just my picks. 🙂

hey, you know, they're defense is pretty good...and i wasn't completely impressed with NE against oakland...
If you weren't completely impressed with NE versus the Patriots, you weren't watching the same game I was.

Let me inform you of something: Bill Belichick sets priorities in games, like "shut down the run," or "shut down this guy," or "establish the run early," etc. He bases this off of game film. The Raiders were one of the hardest teams for him to face early in the season because they had so much change in the offseason, there was hardly any way to tell what they would do well or do poorly. The fact that they struggled early was a given because Bill had to tweak a few things over the course of the game. After a few weeks, when Belichick has a few games worth of tape to review for every opponent he's going to face, you'll see what they can really do.

As for the Panthers, their offense and their defense is little-changed from last season, including Kris Jenkins being injured. This will be a tough game for the Panthers. ALL THAT BEING SAID, they definitely have a chance to beat them. The Panthers don't do a lot of fancy things, they just do everything pretty damned well. That's the kind of team that matches up well against the Patriots.
