These touchdown celebrations are getting really stupid.
Yea, agree, seems every team is trying to outdo the next every week. The Lions are having difficulty with the Minnesota defense and forcing their defense back on the field again + again. This is reminding me of the Dallas/Philly game from Sunday, the defense stays on the field way too long and gets tired/exposed. New Orleans at Rams looks interesting..

I'm really old, I don't know what the hell is going on with this halftime show in Detroit.

LOL, so am I so I just ignored it. Hard to ignore the Detroit inability to tackle anyone and this game is going south for the right after they scored to get back into it. Hopefully LA can make Jerry Jones even more miserable than he already is.

Uh oh, Stafford looks like he's hurting really bad.
tough dude, he got back in there, but Loin's gonna Lion. Shoot, that receiver HAD the critical 1st down catch but tried to loop back and winds up losing the yds. Then Stafford just missed a wide open Tate on a 3rd and 8 that would have gone for a huge gain, then he throws the pick on a forced 4th down pass. Credit is given IMO for getting back out there but if you want to beat a complete team like the Vikings you have to play smart and make good throws.

It's weird that the Saints are 8-2 and it still feels like they could miss the playoffs. The NFC is crazy this year.

Na, they'll get in and with that pounding run game and much-improved defense they have a legit shot IMO. Philly is good but who have they played that is good?. They beat the Panthers by 5, and beat the Redskins twice, and beat the Chargers by 2. Other wins against the Giant's and Niner's are like a living bye-week. Dallas got exposed last week, their defense is giving up lots of yds against the Chargers today but in another break, (for the 2nd week in a row!) the opponent's kicker is out with an injury. Dak has been sacked twice and has 18yds passing midway through the 2nd Qtr, the Cowboys haven't scored a TD in over 135 offensive snaps and Rivers is heating up, 10/12, 178 yds so far.

Even weirder is the fact that the Brown's at 0-10 still technically have a shot at making the playoffs.

I feel really bad for those poor fans. Hopefully they'll turn it around one day. As far as the Saints go, I trust no one - there are too many people with 7 or 8 wins floating around out there and the Rams are going to be really tough on Sunday.

And, once again Jerry Jones is sucking hind tit. Life is good.
LOL, I love it, seems Dak has been exposed since Zeke's departure, kinda easy to get play-action completions when your running the rock but now with that aspect gone Dak has become a turnover machine. As for the Chargers, a few of their losses were on special-team's gaff's or dumb, untimely penalties, if this team somehow gets to the playoff's they will be a tough out.

That's a step up for the Lions, for the last 20 years people have been that confused about what the team was doing during the game.

I'm the truest Who Dat, I know exactly how this goes down. :p

Blasphemer! You are probably just a bandwagon jumper. I been a Who Dat since the paper bag days! And the Rams will be tough but if we can keep pounding the run game we will have a good shot, after the miracle comeback last week I ain't discounting dem boys one bit.

On a side note, since its a late game we get a longer time than normal to tailgate so crawfish boils galore, not that you'd know anything about that.

Not that I'd know anything about crawfish boils? I was born in Red Stick, breaux. I just moved to the Midwest because my job did and I couldn't find equivalent employment on the coast. Don't make me bust out my Sammy Knight jersey. ;)

Man, the Eagles are roasting the Bears. It really feels like this could be their year. The NFC playoffs should be awesome this year.

Wooo, let's go Jets! Make New Jersey proud!
Looks like Carolina is starting to pull away with a 12 point lead with 9:20 left in the 4th. Still time and I'd love to see Kam eat a loss at NY, he did his "Superman" celebration after a TD scamper and a Jet pushed him almost to the ground while doing so. Have you ever seen Brady, Bree's, Rodger's, Manning, hell ANY top QB going back in NFL history act like a self-absorbed jack-ass like that?, nope, never. In other news the Bill's bounce back beating the reeling Chief's with a 16-10 win at home, how this team ever went 5-0 to start the season is quite the head-scratcher. Pats easily handle Maimi at home but suffer more injuries, another O-line injury, one on special-teams and 2 on defense, all starters. They meet the Steelers in 3 weeks, I hope they are not so hobbled facing Ben and that offense on the road in a very important game. If the Chargers can somehow sneak into a wild-card slot they'd be my "dark-horse" pick, they have ton's of talent on both side's of the ball, if they play a clean game they can compete with anybody. Finally we get to the game we've all been waiting for, the Saint's/Ram's should be a great one. I'm going with the Saint's, with this pounding ground attack and a future HOF QB to go with it IMO the Ram's will have issues. Saint's defense has been playing much better with the glitch of the beloved patriot's game but that was still a W at the end of the day.

WTF happened to the Chiefs this year? First five games they were like:

Rest of the season they've been like:

Alex Smith has definitely reverted back from Bobby Bouchet mode to plain old Alex Smith as we've always known him.

Pro tip: If you're going to fight on the field, don't be the guy not wearing the helmet.
